株式会社大黒屋は、地域社会の皆様のニーズに応える質屋行及び古物商として、お客様のより豊かで快適な生活環境作りに貢献することを経営理念としています。この理念のもと、お客様の個人情報を適切に取扱うことも当社の重要な社会的責務であると認識し、次のとおり個人情報取扱方針を定め、役職員一同がこれを遵守することにより、個人情報保護のより適切な管理と維持に努めてまいります。

個人情報取扱方針

1.株式会社大黒屋（以下「弊社」といいます）は、個人情報保護のための管理体制を確立し、個人情報の取扱いに関する役割、責任および権限を明確にします。

2.個人情報の取扱いは、質屋営業法・古物営業法で定める範囲に限定し、ＤＭ等の弊社営業活動に限り、お客様の個人情報を取扱いします。

3.個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざんまたは漏えいなどを防止するため、適切な安全管理策を実施します。

4.弊社は、提供していただいた個人情報を、法令に基づく場合および官公署からの正当な要求に基づく場合を除き、お客様の同意なしに第三者に提供することはありません。

5.お客様から、ご自身の情報に対する開示・訂正を求められた場合は、個人情報に関する窓口において適切な範囲で対応します。なお、お手続きに際し、実費相当額を頂く場合があります。

6.弊社は、個人情報に関する日本の法令およびその他関連する規範を遵守します。

7.弊社は、個人情報保護のための管理体制および取り組みを継続的に見直し、その改善に努めます。

弊社ではお客様が安心してお取引が出来るようSSL（Secure Socket Layer）による暗号化通信を行い、外部の第三者が通信を傍受出来ないよう対策を行っています。 SSLとはサーバ←→クライアントPC間で個人情報やクレジットカード情報など、機密性の高い情報を暗号化し、安全に送受信できるプロトコルです。
